White-tailed deer...

Cerf de Virginie

Of all the large animals of North America, the white-tailed deer commonly called deer, is the most common and most widespread. Associated with its hearing and its acute sense of smell, its main defense is its speed in flight. At the slightest alarm, he lifts his tail and runs at a speed of 65km/h and jumps to heights of 18 meters. In an instant he can disappear into the forest, without leaving a trace behind him.
